[C#] Grand Chase Emulator

Hello, my name is Felipe live in Brazil and would like to develop an emulator for the game Grand Chase.

In Brazil, Grand Chase is a game played much, and of great importance.

I have the Source of Grand Chase, in C++ as you can see in the image below:

I would like to develop an emulator for the new versions of the game, most need some programmer who knows Decrypter the packets, or someone who understands C++ to see how Decrypter in source.
