[C#] IRC Client Library

IRCBase is an irc client library that's built off the basis of Vesperia the backend client that handles anime submissions to the website Otoru.com. It makes creating IRC bots/clients extremely easy, complete with a little plugin system of sorts so you can add your own commands.

Feel free to suggest features/improvements.

Oh THIS can be extremely useful for me, since I do not like the common IRC clients people provide such as mIRC. So you coded it? I might gonna program a slim IRC client for personal purposes.
