What are you talking about? No new files needed. Just install all the updated dependencies for Cabal Server in CentOS 7. No big deal ... I got it running on CentOS 7 with MSSQL on CentOS 7.

Edit: You can use the dependencies from the repacks, but NOTE, don't update libc (the global c library or you'll break the OS). And for MSSQL, get it from the official microsoft, install it, create your SA user and install Microsoft's ODBC driver
