How do you repack?

It's not such a hude problem that we don't have the dbengine.dat. you can extract everything from the dbserver itself.. use IDA to analyze it.

to unpack it, just analyze it(the gam/mainserver) with ida or olly and dump the file after it's decrypted or copy the crypt method and uncrypt it by yourself.

Vetstibule.exe parameters can be taken in the ini file (in other modules of the server too)
create a file VestibuleServer.ini with the following contents:

default parameters should be: 1, 3999, 180, 360, 3600
