Can Anyone Tell me How to Set Up RF v2.2.3?

I want to try create my first RF Private Server ..
I already have Server File RF v2.2.3 From this Forum but I'm confused what would be the first step I take :
Can anyone tell me step by step to Set Up RF v.2.2.3 ?

I Already read all post about Set Up RF v2.2.3 at this forum
but I don't understand, because they don't explain it in detail :/:

1. setup your mssql
2.restore your database
3.make odbc ( use win auth,if you use mssql without id sa + pw)
4.edit you initialize in your server file + rfacc.ini
5.setup your emulator
6.run your server
7.run your launcher

if all fail...
1.try again
2.contact CCR
3.delet your all files
4.shutdown your computer
5.wash your hand
6.goto bed
7.have a bad dream

dont lazy guys to learn step by step

just follow this method, 2.2.3.2 and 2.2.3 set up its same method

but i get a problem that is AccountDB Failed
how do I solve this problem? :?:

Check your ODBC ,
at User DSN , set the RF_USER use WIndows NT Authentication

that's just wrong config in odbc for rf_user

use win auth

its because differences in file server
or NATION server

Now I have problem with Launcher ..
when opening the launcher and wait for connect to update server, the launcher suddenly vanished

1. Check your elmulator
2. Check Launcher Version
3. Test localhost / 127.0.0.1 or Launcher directory using your browser
