Can't connect into one channel, all others i can connect

Hi all,

i can't connect into Channel 01 of server, all other i can enter, just Channel 01 i can't
anyone know why this happens?

Firewall ok (Enable and Disable don't work)
FW port ok (Range)

Enter(): update ok. charIdx(8), guildNo(23), (magraopb)
[##ERROR##] GetPresenceData(): invalid charIdx
Leave(): charIdx(8), guildNo(23), (magraopb)
