Cant import database of emulator HELP

i cant import database because it will end up
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 300 seconds exceeded in C:\Program Files\xampp\phpMyAdmin\libraries\dbi\DBIMysqli.class.php on line 290

i have tried setting the max exucation time to 3000 and all other stuff . does this have to do with xampp version?
