Starting the server:

(Double Click)

-1 CCABase icon on the desktop.
-2 CCAEMU icon on the desktop.

note:

Copy (CTPatcher.exe)--> C:\CCABase\READ ME\CTPatcher.exe
to WoW folder and run it...

Set realmlist: 127.0.0.1 (realmlist.wtf)

Account:

user:admin
pass:admin

The missing dll is part of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable, you can fix the problem reinstalling it and download free here :

And your core server will start.

The server pack come with a patcher for patch the client file wow.exe, dont use is no need patch it for make the client run and the patcher have a keylogger detected.

Anyways Mr Intelect your server is complete useless dont have ANY NPC spawned anywhere.
I know is a very early release but this looks under development is not really ready for be released, waste of time.

Most of the work is in the DB ...

Maybe the section is wrong: ccas posted in the [Release] section, and it should go in the [Development] section IMHO.
But this is not a good reason to ask a ban.

To leave online, just set your modem in bridge mode.
After set: realmlist / address with your external IP or no-ip ...
