Change screenshot timestamp info?

I know this is such a nitpicky thing, but nonetheless I have to ask...

You know how when you view a screenshot on your computer that it has a timestamp and all that (server. username, etc.)? Is there a way to change that info? I'm going to assume it's through some simple way that I've not bothered to try, but after the drama with the level tables I'm a bit afraid to touch what I don't know how to use.

(This is mainly about the URL, but it would still be nice to know how.)
