Character Data Failed to be Progess (I did everything but it won't)

I did it 100% (making the server) but it won't let me start the game, I also tried RAN IP INTERCEPTOR and it detect the IPs, i thought it could be the solution but still it wont let me start the game. What should I do? I badly need your help guys, im just a newbie in making server. (see linked photos) ::

SOLVE NA PLA TO :junglejane: I JUST DID WHAT HolyShift DID. I DIDN'T ENABLE THE TCP/IP SA SQL SERVER CONIFIG MANAGER. THEN THATS IT!! HEEE IM SO HAPPY.
