Character gone

my character gone from my ID....can anyone tell me what happen??
when i login at website,its show my character is there,but when i try to login in game,there is a popup saying "Your account is currently logon to our server",when i logon to character selection,its empty

1. Could be deleted. Website refreshing every 5 min.

when i check on that character info,the character User ID is 38933 while its suppose to be 38932 ....38933 is a different ID and when i open this 38933 account,that character is also not there

hmm u had to do something. Characters cant "move" themselves.
Try use other database it should help u

yup dragon is right they dont move themselves
its a problem with your db cause even that message account already connected just means you probably shutdown the game server account server etc etc before you logged out and should do nothing with your character so its your db change it
