China Audition Problem

So, I recently downloaded 13.2.1 of Chinese Audition (9you). I'm registered both with 9you and the game, and I downloaded the game directly from the game website. But when I open up the launcher it tells me "start up failed, please try later" （啓動失敗，請稍後重試）. It's been going on for a little over a day, so is there something wrong?
