Chocolatey cms on ftp

Hi, I'm french, sorry for my english.
I want to use ChocolateyCMS to my Retro.
-I put the CMS on my ftp
-I config .env and database.sql/chocolatey.php
-I put the database.

But white page. Nothing.
Please could you explain me..?

In that case contact your hosting provider. I assume you're trying to set it up on a cPanel or something?

Make sure that your server IP is allowed to connect to the database.
