Clean v62 localhost - Runtime Error

v62 localhost, getting the following error:

tried like different 5 clients, edited IP, tried 127.0.0.1 IP. I have both .NET framework 4.7.2 and C++ redisturable packege installed.

Tried to run as admin, set to windows 98/Me.

What am i doing wrong? Using W10.

Your server is not properly up then. I usually get this when my internet is like half down and I try connect to the server.

Server is up, + it happens with every client (even a random v62 server).

Sorry to bump this old thread but im having the same issue trying to connect to my server v.62 did you ever resolve this problem ?
