Client error!!!!

HELP Client "Windows cannot access device, path, or file....may not have permission to access file" i tried putting client on my friends comp and get this error... how can i fix this?

Error fixed had resident shield on...but now when i launch game the PC reboots...what the heck is going on? It worked for like 5 mins and now cant even get past login screen before it reboots.
