Client loading to 76% (arcturus 1.13.0 - Chocolatey 3.000N)

Hi i need help with the client not loading,
i setup everything ok (i think) so im wondering the problem is the swf folder.
Can anybody help me?

Where did you download your SWFs? You should use Plus SWFs, and download the habbo.swf from the GitHub.
