Someone with understanding, could say if it is possible to create a command, with an existing function (admin_kickall), however when kicking everyone in the room, close the room instantly.

Yes, you can create several commands.

Just use the kickall command that released and make that to kick everyone include you and the room will closed instantly cause will be 0 players in the room ...
