Connecting to server Error

hello
i just changed my ip from localhost to IPv4
and i can connect to login
but after pressing the server im getting this
cannot connect to the network and error log

because you change your ip to IPv4 you need also make your I.P in public .

Set your external ip in AccountServer.ini and loginserver.ini.

Also you'll need to port forward 23000, 28000, and w/e your cache port is.

kk i fixed it already but now i have other problem
i can connect to my server after changing all IP and Neuz IP
but my friends cant connect they have error
network error:10061

i done with port forwarding yesterday

i try to fix it and now btw my sql crashing too -.-
parallel redo is shutdown for database with worker pool size 4
