Hello Guys, this server is emulated ?

No, this server is the real deal. It is the official version that requieres a dedicated server machine for the best playing experience. Recommended are 256 GB of RAM but you can try with 64 GB and a fast SSD or M2 Drive, but it will degrade the drives quicker if you use them as a RAM equivalent.

I'm having issues with manager, the application crashes as soon as it starts (without producing any log).
(quite fresh win2016 server install with 256GB of ram, auth process works just fine)

Any ideas what could be the cause?

you need win2019SQL server and look into your logs

I do have mssql 2019.
It doesn't produce any log entry.

by win2019 you mean the MSSQL 2019 (I have that), or do you mean Windows 2019 Server as OS.

MSSQL 2019 so then check your logs something you have try wrong

sems you dont set correct system time
