Create a Rouder server

I want to create a server that can only be run by people sharing my same rouder... is it possible? if so... how can i do it?! please tell me T_T

So you want a server that only people who are connected to your router can play? Simple, just follow the setup guide, and there you go, anyone on your router can play. If you want ANYONE to play, that's a different story.

i got 5 people on my rouTer (corrected spelling :-D)... so if i create the game... only ONE comp on the router can play?

nah, any computer on the router can play, so long as their client IP data's are modified to the LAN IP.
