i dont understand this error message? can you tell me how can i fix it ? what i change missed?

I can connect to my server, but when I attempt to enter the channel, it tells me it is in maintenance and will not let me continue.

Is there a setting for this?
Any thoughts?

I am assuming the Stop in my channel is the issue, but not sure what to do to start.

Okay so finally we get "working" files. ;D

Repacked the files and deleted unneeded stuff, so it should be very simple to get a working server. - you don't really have to configure anything.



Q: How to make server online?

3. Create Db_Count and Db_Tank databases. Restore them from Db_Count.bak and Db_Tank.bak + in options check "overwrite..."

can anybody show me how to do this step ?
