it's using dedicated ip firewall is off all port is on , but when in game connection fail . please help .

Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. maybe it's a dual firewall like my vps, it has a firewall inside the vps and inside the control panel in the website. you need to port forward every port
