Because how often does something you say ever happen? You have promised me 400$ for helping u with several websites, you have promised me a layout for a website that you say you have done, yet you logoff right after I ask you, or completely ignore me afterwards. This project has also been "in progress" since last year when it should take no longer than 2 weeks. Yet its taking 9 months?
