What about the WEBZEN.COM password (which should be in this case the personal ID) when you want to delete your character, leave guild?
Nothing works:

1. Trying to press OK button without entering anything.
2. Trying to insert 1111111111 as much as possible and then pressing OK.
3. Trying to insert only 1 and pressing OK.
4. Trying to insert your account password and pressing OK.
5. Trying to insert WEBZEN.COM and pressing OK.
6. Trying to insert webzen.com and pressing OK.
7. Trying to edit personal ID to 1 or 11 in MEMB_INFO and the checking in-game...

Perhaps you know what to do in this case?

try to disable this somewhere with sql query or something.

like; SQL Enterprice>Local>Databases>MuOnline>Tables>MEMB_INFO right click/return all rows and there is a column sno_numb all my players have 1111111 and it works for me.

Found a solution myself... the collation for the column sno__numb was char(18), but the ID is comprised from 7 characters, so I just edited the collation to char(7) and now it works fine when I enter 1 and my character is succesfully deleted. I guess the problem was because of 18 slots for the number, since it is possible to enter only 7 numbers ingame it was impossible to do this with having 18 slots in the db.

you don't have enough point buddy
you can add point by
go to DB -> Table T_MasterLevelSystem -> Change Field ML_Point
