I download a couple of files and nails 100% to play ... and there are many files to download ... that are in the update list. It's as if it barely starts quickly jump to 40% and then follow up to 99% .. and say ready. And there are many files to download.

If it comes to the graphics of the launcher ...
Background Image/GIF/movie clip or whatever it is written in = League of Legends launcher clip rip off. I cannot tell which season and which update exactly but I am 100% sure it is LoL rip off, the rest is just simple: RealMu logo with no transparent, red line then black box red box that is it. Nothing to brag about in case of graphic design.
