That you first answer : I think it is in Skin.iff but projectg585...pak it can't use winrar to open it

Check the Releases forum for a PAK unpacker or search for hsreina's Pangya Unpaker (no typo!).

Only pangya_th.iff files <= 584.04 are zips, for newer files you'll need a decrypter which you won't get.
