Disable the use of version KPT 1990

Let remove to version to not be more mandatory activate in its hotuk... she works with five values!

What? That doesn't mean anything. You don't "activate" a version of PT, this is not a problem, 1990 is a problem... 1990, before any modification crashes *all the time*, why are we bothering with the stupid broken buggy beta client anyway?

Thinking about the RZ and PT section post rules; I'm now getting concerned about this guide.

I can see no reason why a server Dev would want to do this.

I can see many reasons why a cheater my want to do this, to enable them to play on someone elses' server bypassing their version check to use a client that they have not issued.

Somebody please give me a legitimate, non-exploit reason why I would want to disable this security in the client rather than setting the version 1990 in my server Hotuk.ini? Or, indeed, changing the internal version number of 1990 to some other (unused) version number, and setting my server Hotuk.ini to that?
