Dragon Ball Online Section

I think there's enough to open up a section for dbo. There is a working client and server ( may not be completed but its working). It would be super popular.
There's so much to be done! Let's just try to make it easier!

I haven't reallt contributed anything but my support.
Thanks to all the devs working on it.

I love DBZ and will definitely dev for it in the future once it's more complete. As it stands right now, it's not really that reliable for many to begin development so I don't see how a section would help.

On my more fan side of myself, a section would promote more development with the ease and organization of threads.
