Dragonica Client + Server File Chapter 2-4

Can you tell me the sequence of start which .bat first? is it 1.bat ,2.bat, 3.bat? do i need to run mmc.exe in between? and i always have error "error arg" when i run mmc.exe

any advice? Thanks
