Easy way to bind gems?

I have been busy working on so many things and writing scripts but I've noticed that players will try taking advantage of almost anything.

I've looked through all of the .slk files trying to find a column where we may be able to set gems to be bound, but as of yet, I have not found it..

I know a lot of people here have been working with BOI server files a lot longer than myself so I hope someone could post some insight?

Not to be a douche, but You say You've looked through SLK files, yet you miss Item.Slk (One of the most important Slk files), containing exactly what you're looking for? =o
