to change design always u need to change in client side .. server side dont control that , and for this photo theres 2 photos DDS in ui/textures in client

But seriously, he already told you where to change it ..

with "where" i can change this - can have many meanings like
- where do i find the file to change
- what is the name of the file
- which programs can I use to edit it

...

foosh told ya it has to be in client side!

server side has nothing to do with any glows or styles or anything which u can "see" ingame.

Moldor is right (evan if he told in some bad words), if you dont know what to do maybe you try to find yourself or if you dont know basic things, creating a server is not the place where you should start at.
