While doing some skill edits I’ve found out that some skills cooldown / buff durations can’t be changed from the skill.wz (im changing the stats but nothing actually happens on the game)
pretty sure those two are server side / locked in code but couldn’t find any guide to edit server side skills (also the delay on them).
will love some help on that or any guide for server-side edits.
