Editing your ryl server npc, item, and texture

Hello,

Can anyone tell me how to work with NPC, ITEM, AND TEXTURE?
I need to know:

-Tools required
- Links(If you can provide, I'll appreciate it)

For:
- NPC, you will need rylcoder( latest version available).
- Item, you will need 3d editor(blender, 3dsmax or any of your choice)
- Texture, you will need an image editor (i prefer photoshop, but you can use any). Irfanview with dds plugin, is helpful to see all dds textures.
