To clarify... I was of the opinion this is useless because of rule #17 of the main Forum Rules and thought the thread would most likely be removed. At the very least the link to the cracked game will be removed.

Showing a video about how to create a server is fine.
Linking to the server files is fine.
Linking to the cracked game is not.

Game folder --> steam_settings --> force_language.txt

change english to one of these:

french
italian
german
spanish
japanese
korean
polish
portuguese
russian
turkish
ukrainian
thai

The game has support for Simplified and Traditional Chinese as well but I couldn't get either to work in my tests.
