for those who want to check the grandgaming client use the rantool for cryption.

RanTool is working for Decryption but its not working for encryption. it cause invalid RCC

Update for the client for it to be useable.
Remove the crypt requirements in enginelib, then decrypt all rcc files using the [Edit]RanTool.exe that Hyouka shared.
