Error in GlobalMgrSvr IP: 11.22.33.44

My server was work but i restart the machine, after that the server not works again, in the log of GlobalMgrSvr i found this:

run_event_loop exited.
resumeEventtry connect 11.22.33.44:32180,
Syncsock -1 ->LinkHandler close
[##ERROR##] connect 11.22.33.44:32180 fail
[##ERROR##] Link(): link open fail(Automatic), Exit
[##ERROR##] active fail

I searched in all .ini and 11.22.33.44 not exists; in the GlobalMgrSrv i have this:

Addr=127.0.0.1
Port=38180

[RockAndRoll]
Type=0
RARAddress=127.0.0.1
RARPortNum=32001
Interval=21600000
...

Does anyone know what can happen?

Does anyone know what can happen?

[##ERROR##] connect 11.22.33.44:32180 fail wrong port check your GlobalMgrSvr which port is that and open the name of the ini where that port is located and check if it's same.
