Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. Hello all

i was wondering where to change the exp soul rates etc for PW 1.5.1, i've looked around and found ways to change for 1.4.4 or others like edited GS or hexed. So I was wondering, is there any other way to change it for 1.5.1?
