5meg i belive, both ways. we got some new ISP here called FiberTronix or something, they sell fiberoptic connections for cable prices.

DSL, it rocks, it has about 400kb download and over 200kb upload, and trust me, a higher download might get you a higher speed downloading on paper, but at the end of the day it's with file sharing that your upload really matter.

Also it's totally unlimited, i could run a server here 24/7 and never have any problems.
