this is just a reupload of the other links

if you get an error restoring the database change where it saves the files to somewhere like DRIVE:/Fiesta/databasefiles then it should work

Its no fiesta, but the scripting is as easy as tying your shoes.
The database is complete but can add more mobs and map coordinates to the server easily, scripts are done in lua.

The only problem has still been the same as long as we have worked on the project which is, keeping server alive without dmca -_-. (Its like SE has covert op spies that do nothing but search for pservers >.>)
So to whoever can do this, many kudos and good luck to you XD

to create a GM account you have to change tCharacter
100 gives all access - 10 only warp.

The tool I released @ KryptoDev (please do not mirror it here, have my reasons, sorry) is able to edit the OPTool settings.

Just press Open -> "All Files" and open the config files form optool. Save them and it should work.
The OPTool allows you to send servermessages without starting a client.

Hope this solves your question! Also, there is a command for a 'Map broadcast': &z [message]
