Here you go.
For those who plan on making a server or just want to resell some votes or just give away free votes.

Easy to use, but does require some money to run
1: Purchase Proxy's (https://buy.fineproxy.org/eng/) once you get the package that you want, enter the ID and Password into your notepad listed on the bot, make sure you link your Proxy account to your IP.
2. Buy Captcha from DeCaptcher or DeathByCaptcha, and enter your information on the notepads listed in the download. YOU CAN ALSO include your own free proxy list in the note pad is IPORT form.
3. Get your SITE ID numbers and enter them in the notepad included as well. You can vote for any site, as long as you switch the ID each time you do so.


Other then that, the program is IP locked. So, you can either break it, or wait a few days till I remove the IP Lock and anyone and everyone will be able to run the program as much as they want.
So yeah wait or decode yourself.
IP removal will be done by Monday.

This will work for Fiesta, and all sites on {Top}{Of}{Games}
