Force Core Upgrade Always Fails

I've been trying to add stats to my item slots with fixed scrolls but for some reason it always fails, even when chance is 99%. Anyone had this problem?

ALL scroll are failing or only thos specific scroll you fixed ?

It hapenned to me when I created my own scroll check one of your bugged scroll and compare every files with a working files p server.

That is how I did it, my error was on server side a value was wrong I just maked them match up and voila.

tips = check HP scroll first.
