Yeah I hit that wall, ended up doing the Hex Edits posted by Rain over on mcncc and got through that problem - but you're saying you've already hexed it so I'm stumped sorry.

Anybody got any guidelines for installing this server?
Looking at the folders and this is what I have came to terms with:

Gamed is the gameserver
gacd is something to do with security/hack protection?
conf is config files
backdbd is gameserver database

I understand authserver and authdb is same as perfect world, but as far as which conf files need to be changed, where they should be changed, locations of server files etc, I am clueless to say the least.
A rough guide would be greatly appreciated!
