Frozen Website Bugg

I had frozen website and something happens with shop. Now when i buy something from shop the mail wont comme. What i have to do?
P.S. It works before -shutdown command!

use the servergame files include in the zip of website.

found the problem ... i know everything about Frozen Website now #90 also wich files from game_server work for website #4
