While scouring through the WorldSvr bin I found a few interesting things. Add these 2 lines to your common.ini:
What this will do is enable your players to regain SP while sitting, which is especially helpful seeing as we don't gain SP while dancing. The example values above will cause any sitting character to regain 100 SP every 5 seconds.
