This error message indicates you've moved mysql db in another place (example xampp), some tables are in Innodb and cannot be moved also easily as MyISAM (this post is more explicit :

Follow my tutorial point by point and you'll have no more error in mysql and logincenter.

@Orion16 Bro i movied db and no error database but logincenter only error.Database and tables is work but logincenter dont work.

These files are no longer on my pc, it's a little hard to help you. You've looked at the log files ? It indicates no error ? Try run logincenter.exe as Administrator Mode
