It is anysize in that measurement. "no bigger than"

You shouldn't restrict that size for wallpapers ._. ( I have a 1920x1080) I won't make a wallpaper now...

What kind of screen is 900x1080? Is that a tablet's resolution? Seems to be a vertical screen or sth??
