GUIDE IN TEXT:

Spoiler

1. Download files and extract.
2. Send server files to vm or vps in:

   /root/gf_server/

   BINS MUST BE THERE
3. In vm/vps console:

   cd /root/gf_server

4. console:

   chmod 777 *

5. Run install xD:

   ./install full

   "Install DBpsql+Server+Patch"
6. select your IP "most cases just press 1" and enter
7. Type postgres password when asked "use md5 for security on vps"
8. wait the installer install your new server, in final screen you will receive "ip and dbpass"
9. in yout client folder change connect.ini content exmple:
   Server=35.227.80.32,6543 to Server=192.168.xx.xx,6543 where 192.168.xx.xx is your ip

Currently channel 9 is down making it impossible to go to ygg,battlefield and sprite island among othersIt was my mistake not to make a list but with this version made by me and my friends almost everything is corrected.obs: in local it works,but in vps it gives error called BillingGateway

Thanks for sharing, I was already using this version before your tutorial.

I found an old version of the client in beta on the internet, I'm currently modifying my ini with the old configuration so that my game looks as much as possible like the 2011/2012 version, however some server ini crash my server ( delete .bin at the end, or copy/paste the client ini to server ), does anyone have a tool to convert the files, or share the server ini directly?

I need the Parameter.ini and Mission.ini ( server ).

yes, there is one that I will insert up there in a useful tools tab

here is the src + the compiled exepassed the virus total and a false positive but if you prefer to compile alone remember to insert the -fpermisive in Dev-C++ I left a screen shot as an example

There is a problem for some files, even decrypted it doesn't work, for example the S_Monster makes the monsters freeze, my S_Level doesn't give any more experience.

Also, I tried the decryptor again, it doesn't work for me.

+ Freeze on 2G ram.
+ Presumably, you need about 8G of RAM to run this server properly.

In local it goes well, but when I put my public ip in the client it says: The connection to the login server failed.

made this from one of the comments in the Youtube video, just throw it in the same folder.
Or make it yourself, create a text file, type in "grandfantasia.exe EasyFun" (no quote), then change file type to .bat (i name it start but change to launch or whaterver)
