Can anyone tell me why those added items are shown in the store but i cant buy them ( i set the prices 0 gold )

Then you didn't do it client sided or server sided.

I did edited it in resource.pack, korea.pack ( client ) and resource ( server )
did i miss something ?

Yeah, to run IrisGameSrv.exe /INSERT

For more information, /INSERT will load all necessary data and insert them into Database and GameServer works with data in database, so every time you change something in /resources/ I recommend you to use this
