Have you try this sir?

session <--- Set Priority to low and Affinity to CPU 0
field <--- Set Priority to low and Affinity to CPU 0
login <--- Do not change settings to this one
agent <--- Set Priority to low and Affinity to CPU 0

you can change Login into bwlow normal but it depends on your connection bandwidth rating.
It works for me using hamachi...

yup that true grahambert i`m currently using an hamachi server but when i log in into another computer same no lag and my character is processing smoothly

hmm,,, maybe it is,,, but if you using 4GB RAM, maybe if you use this guide,,, maybe your server will feel just a 2GB RAM

But if you use 4GBRAM you'll be needed 64Bit OS to be able the detection of 4GBRAM

my comp. is quadcore processor and it has 4gb ran and memory and 1.5terabyte HDD

hehehe..it runs perfectly...and no lags reported by my players

Maybe you have a stable connection thats why it run smoothly through hamachi server.

nope because my internet is only 259kb connection...hehehe...and it has no static or dynamic ip...

Depends, if it's a dual core then the side effects are :

- Hard to login
- Occasional party bug

(that's the symptoms of no CPU on the agent server)

if you have 4 cores do this :
Core 1 for Login and Session
Core 2 for Agent
Core 3 and 4 for Field

or

Core 1 for Login and Session
Core 2 and 3 for Agent and Field

the result should be almost flawless

I prefer Changing OS to lite version.
You shouldn't install anything your not using for the server.

Game booster or Pc Tuneup to eliminated unwanted
programs processing.

Delete Prefetch/Temp/RCbin regularly.

AV shouldn't be Symantec cuz it lags so much.

Best things you should do

~Upgrade to quad core
~Upgrade Internet connection

~* Turn Dedicated.​
