Gunz level system Idea

Hey is anyone ever tried make it so instead of getting more or less exp depending on if you kill a high or low level Making it so that you get the same exp per kill
Example
A level 20 Kills a level 99 will get 122222xp
where as if he kills another level 20 he will get 1000xp
I want to make it So its 5000xp no matter who you kill
